The UCLA Administration FY 14-17 Strategic Plan provides an overview of the organization’s goals and strategic objectives. This plan offers a common framework and flexible guide to decision makers in Administration and fosters coordination and logic across the organization. It presents key initiatives the organization will pursue to meet its responsibilities to help create a supportive academic and research environment for students, faculty and staff while efficiently managing campus resources.
