Using the UC & UCLA Name or Logo
Permission is required to use the University’s names, abbreviations, trademarks and images, including print and graphic representations of UCLA; University of California, Los Angeles; Bruins; and campus mascot illustrations.
PERMISSIONS AND LICENSES REQUIRED
Consult the chart of Names, Seals and Trademark Approvals regarding your proposed use(s) and the required authorization(s). Please note that your request may require approval from multiple delegated authorities. Upon obtaining all of the necessary permissions, it is your responsibility to maintain a record of the approved use(s).
USEs by, for, or with a THIRD-PARTY, NON-university ENTITY
To request permission for any use that involves a third-party, non-UCLA entity, download and complete the Request to Use the University's Name, Abbreviation or Unofficial Seal and email it with a mock-up or draft copy of all proposed uses (programs, articles, webpages, advertisements, etc.) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow about 48 hours for processing.
