Professional & Educational Background: Lus graduated from UCLA in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. She has dedicated her entire time at UCLA to better understanding the complexities of human behavior. As a student, she worked in the Psychology department and had the opportunity to learn about family dynamics and the various responses to conflict. At the same time, she was adapting to a fast-paced work environment in Housing and Hospitality Services (H&HS), which consists of people from different backgrounds working together as a team to achieve common goals. She continued in her career obtaining positions in Finance and Human Resources, in order to gain a deeper understanding of how UCLA operates as a University. With all of Lus’ knowledge and skills combined, she decided to dedicate her career to supporting the development and success of others.
