In setting goals and identifying strategies, UCLA Administration considers UCLA goals and priorities, customer needs and external and internal challenges and opportunities. The resulting objectives assist in setting priorities, committing resources, adopting strategic initiatives and fostering partnerships between the organization and other campus constituents. Broad in intent, these priorities are applicable to the entire organization. The organization’s major goals include:
