Leadership 2027

Created an annual forum where leadership from each level of the organizational hierarchy convenes to share critical and timely information, emphasizing key campus priorities and administrative challenges. The forum provides opportunities for cross-functional interaction, discussion, and collaboration to broaden perspectives beyond functional boundaries.

Recognizing the need to improve communication throughout UCLA Administration, a communication council was formed to ensure key messages were disseminated vertically within Administration. Representatives from each department met on a monthly basis and used an online platform to share information about new programs and services, events, and important departmental updates.

Provides holistic faculty onboarding support by facilitating coordination across all campus entities to streamline the launch of research and creative activities. It was designed to efficiently and effectively connect new faculty with all campus groups and systems needed to START research at UCLA.
