The APPM contains several tables of information as described below,
which track changes made to the Administrative Policies and
Procedures (APP's). Each table can be viewed and printed in Adobe
Acrobat Reader Portable Document Format (PDF) by clicking on the icon
in the upper right corner of the page. The default sort order of
each table will be by ascending APP number. The sort order can be
changed by clicking on column headers with a sort order icon.

Status Table ...
|
|
|
tracks the Status of each APP and may be sorted by ascending or descending
APP number, Status, Effective Date, Version Superseded date, or Issuing
Officer. APP's with a status of Under Review, Rescinded, or Superseded
have not been published in the APPM. For more information, see

Responsible Department Table ...

lists the current
Responsible Department and Responsible Officer/Contact for each APP.
Table data may be sorted by the Contact name, Department or APP number. As turnovers
occur, the table will be updated accordingly. For more information,
see Department Responsibilities.

Renumbering Table (Old-to-New, New-to-Old) ...
|
|
|
lists the APP's
numerically by their old numbers, cross referenced to their new numbers,
and vice versa. Approximately half of the APP's have been renumbered
to conform to the newly consolidated Sections.

Forms Table ...
|
|
|
lists forms or form letters which appear as Attachments to
related APP's and may be sorted by APP number or form name.
These forms can be printed in Portable Document Format (PDF)
and then filled in. Select forms may be filled in online and then printed.
