Welcome to the UCLA's online Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual (APPM). This site has been streamlined to enable more flexible searching of the database of administrative policies and procedures (APP's) that apply to campus departments and staff. The APP's supplement other University Office of the President and campus policies, many of which are published on other Web sites. (See Other Policies.) The Office of the Administrative Vice Chancellor coordinates administrative policy matters and maintains the online APPM. The purpose of the online APPM, how it is organized, and the responsibilities of departments and staff for administrative policy matters are explained in the Preface. Most sections of the manual, the tables and all of the APP's are available to be viewed and printed in Portable Document Format (PDF) using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Recent changes to the APP's and this site will be featured in the What's New. |
